Which size do I need?
Measure the inside of your door frame, side to side and top to bottom. Add 2 inches to each number. A 34 x 80 in frame takes the 36 x 82 in screen.
Do I need a drill to hang it?
No. The box has adhesive strips and pins, so you can hang it without drilling into the frame. Clean and dry the frame first so the strips hold.
The middle doesn't close all the way.
Check that both halves hang at the same height and the screen isn't pulled tight across the frame. The magnets line up when the two sides hang evenly. The troubleshooting video above shows how to adjust it.
Can my dog or cat get through?
Yes. Pets push through the centre seam and the 36 magnets pull it shut behind them.
Can I take it down for the winter?
Yes. Take the screen off, fold it and store it somewhere dry. The maintenance video shows each step.
